ABOUT JOSH
I've always been obsessed with telling stories and drawing pictures.
Before I could type, I would dictate scripts to my Dad and he would type them up for me. I wrote and directed my first play in 2nd grade — a Musical Western (and was patiently told that killing the sheriff at the end was bad form), cast my entire class, made cardboard sets and staged a bank robbery with grease-pencil mustaches and cap-guns.
Years later, my parents got me a Hi8 camera and iMovie, and I was hooked on making movies. All throughout high school, I was either shooting some low-budget epic on the weekend or planning my next production!

I am an award-winning filmmaker and screenwriter and a graduate of the BYU film school. I have been lucky to have great mentors who have helped me develop skill sets in many different areas of filmmaking -- screenwriting, producing, directing, assistant directing, storyboarding, camerawork, gaffing, grip/electric, jib, dolly, etc. I love the variety of contributing to projects in different positions! Keeps life spicy!
I absolutely love making movies and can't wait for the next adventure around the corner!
